Subscriptions FAQ

How do Extra Coffee subscriptions work?

Subscriptions are charged at sign-up, and then on the 20th of every month thereafter. For example, if you wanted to get coffee from July's roaster, you'd need to sign up before June 25th. And then, for August's roaster, you'd be charged on July 25th.

Can I change the amount of coffee I get each month?

Yes, you can do this through your customer account, under the Subscriptions section.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes. We've made pausing and cancelling as easy as possible for you. Go to your customer account, find the subscription you wish to pause or cancel and follow the on-screen steps. And when you're ready to re-activate your subscription, you can do that through your customer portal too.

What happens if my payment fails?

Should your payment fail, you'll get an email to let you know. Our system will retry this 3 times before pausing your subscription.
